At its Feb. 17 meeting the Flower Mound Town Council approved a concrete removal and replacement contract for Wichita Trail, authorized staff to acquire drainage easements for Rangewood Drive improvements and approved routine consent items. The council also denied a contested Scrivner Ranch heli‑stop SUP.
