The City of Boca Raton Planning and Zoning Board voted 6-0 Feb. 20 to approve a site plan amendment and conditional-use permit for an 11,980-square-foot athletic training facility at 5801 Congress Avenue, resolving an open code-enforcement case and authorizing minor site improvements and a technical deviation to reduce required parking.
