The Montezuma County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve a proposed two‑lot minor subdivision and rezoning on property at 27980 Road T in the Dolores area. The application would create a roughly 6.5‑acre parcel and a 29.35‑acre parcel from an existing 35.85‑acre parcel; the applicant indicated the existing Road T driveway would serve the new lot.
