A motion to go into executive session under Idaho Code §74-206(1)(f) was made during the Valley County afternoon meeting on Feb. 18. "I will make the motion that we go into executive session for Idaho Code 742061 f," said Ed, a meeting participant. The motion was seconded and carried in a roll-call vote.
