Council creates dedicated stormwater enterprise fund (Fund 52)
The council approved Resolution 2025 to establish a separate stormwater enterprise fund (Fund 52) to segregate stormwater fees from the general fund and improve financial tracking; staff said the city has about 38,000 linear feet of stormwater pipe to manage.
