Routt County staff told commissioners on Jan. 13 that the draft request for proposals (RFP) for a contracted co‑responder clinician is complete and will be circulated internally for review before release. The county has also applied for continued funding from the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) for 2025–26 and is seeking confirmation that accepting the new grant would not constitute supplanting of existing local funds.
