The planning commission approved vacating Lot 11 of Pine Meadow Ranch Plat F and combining it with Lots 1 and 2 of Plat D; the three lots are owned by the same owner and driveway easement issues were addressed.

The Eastern Summit County Planning Commission unanimously approved a subdivision plat amendment that vacates Lot 11 of Pine Meadow Ranch Plat F and combines that vacated portion with Lots 1 and 2 of Pine Meadow Ranch Plat D.
