Community Development and Public Works staff said the change corrects an outdated table, modernizes allowable materials to match industry practice and reduces future maintenance of local standards by referencing FDOT’s periodically updated manual. Staff said the HDPE specification follows FDOT standards used by neighboring counties.
Vote: Commissioner Flores moved approval and Commissioner Chancey seconded; the resolution passed unanimously.
