PWI approves multiple public-works contracts, ratifies emergency tree-removal purchase order; several items deferred

At a special call, the DeKalb Public Works & Infrastructure Committee approved a series of contract awards and change orders across Public Works, Watershed Management and Roads & Drainage, ratified an emergency tree-removal purchase order from Hurricane Helene, and deferred two large watershed contracts for two weeks pending audit review.
