Board approves RACC code amendment and supports rezoning request for El Rancho site to RAC Corridor

The Planning & Zoning Board voted to recommend approval of a zoning code amendment to the RACC Neighborhood subdistrict allowing up to 10 stories on properties (or portions of properties) located within 250 feet of a RAC Corridor parcel, and separately recommended approval of a rezoning (Z2503079) to change 424 North Federal Highway (the El Rancho Motel property) from Central RAC transitional mixed use to RAC Corridor.
