Fremont County adopts updated Emergency Operations Plan, authorizes $250,000 emergency expenditure threshold
The Board adopted Resolution No. 43, Series of 2024, updating the county's Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) to meet FEMA and state guidance; the board also authorized the Office of Emergency Management director, with concurrence of the county administrator and a single commissioner, to spend up to $250,000 if commissioners cannot convene timely.
