The Madison Common Council on Oct. 28 adopted an honoring resolution recognizing October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The resolution (Legistar file referenced during the consent/agenda presentation) was moved and seconded; no recipient was present and council dispensed with reading. With no discussion registered, the council recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
