4) Approve plat (Resolution 2025-17) to combine Lots 4 and 13 into Lot 15 in Polls Subdivision and dedicate an access easement. Motion: Johnson; second: Schweer. Outcome: approved.
5) Authorize purchase of up to two cold-water immersion suits for search-and-rescue (authorized amount up to $2,500). Motion: Johnson; second: Gable. Outcome: approved.
