The Planning Commission approved the final plat for Briarwood Oaks Estates (fourth/final plat) on Oct. 27 and will forward the item to City Council on Nov. 3. City staff said the 3.23‑acre property is zoned SF‑7 and that the proposed final plat creates 11 single‑family lots plus a tract for landscape easement. Staff reported that required public improvements, including the interior street network, were completed and that sidewalks were provided on one side of streets consistent with the approved plans. All technical comments were addressed, and staff recommended approval with three conditions.

The commission authorized the final plat by motion and will present the recommendation to City Council at its Nov. 3 meeting.
