Planning commission approves Del Webb Sugar Land Section 1A final plat with condition
The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the Del Webb Sugar Land at Rye Hill Section 1A final plat on Oct. 30, 2025, contingent on the developer recording subdivision covenants. The 6.097-acre model-home section includes 19 lots with 40-, 50- and 65-foot widths and takes access from the private Webb Parkway.
