• Agendize Pathfinders presentation — Commissioners voted to place a full data presentation from Pathfinders for Hope on a future agenda after a public speaker requested a longer hearing of the group’s findings.
• Agendize discussion on 2026 goals — The commission voted to “agendize to agendize” a future discussion about establishing 2026 commission goals and reviewing the commission’s structure and authority; staff advised that work-plan discussion and legal guidance from the city attorney would be appropriate follow-ups.
All three items were procedural; no changes to policy or budget were approved at the Oct. 22 meeting.
