Commission approves amendment to procurement consulting contract to support ERP launch

Wayne County commissioners voted to approve Amendment 1 to a four‑year contract (with three one‑year renewal options) with Procurement Consulting Group to broaden the firm—s scope to support preparation for the county—s enterprise resource planning (ERP) launch and to extend the procure‑to‑pay platform license by one year.
