Planning staff told the Stow City Planning Commission that the zoning code update completed a first reading and that City Council is scheduled for another reading on Nov. 6 and a final reading on Dec. 4. Staff said the city is "still hoping to get that adopted by the end of the year" with an effective date in February if the council finalizes the changes.
