Wayne County's Committee on Public Safety, Judiciary and Homeland Security on Wednesday approved Amendment 1 to a three-year contract (with a two-year option to renew) with Lake Ridge Village to support vendor expenditures for a jail-based treatment readiness program for adult males in the county jail.
