The committee authorized proceeding with tax-deed takings on 17 parcels identified in the meeting packet if owners do not remit payment by the November 3 deadline. Administrator Leonard reviewed the parcel list and the county's prior practice of placing deed restrictions on taken parcels to encourage housing uses.
