Safener Trust of 1996, with the exception of sanitary, storm and water laterals lying outside the dedicated right of way.

The Green Bay Improvement and Services Committee voted Oct. 29 to accept dedication of public improvements in the Lafayette subdivision, a three‑lot certified survey map created from a larger parcel, after staff reported the construction was complete.
