"Concentric helps with all those computer programming aspects," staff said, and Concentrix's professional services would be coordinated with the city IT team's purchase of a few servers and backbone switches. Staff reported combined costs currently estimated at roughly $243,000 — under the $300,000 combined budget.
Committee members moved and approved both recommendations by roll call. Staff said the IT team found better pricing through existing purchasing agreements and that Concentrix provided the lowest responsive quotes for the professional services portion.
