Alderman Maloney asked staff to provide traffic counts and crash data for Blue Ridge phases 1 and 2 in the same time periods used for phase 3 so the board can compare apples‑to‑apples. He also requested an update on fire department contract negotiations be scheduled if appropriate.

During other business, Alderman Maloney thanked city staff for a recent civic event and requested that staff provide traffic counts and crash data for Blue Ridge phases 1 and 2, using the same time periods presented for phase 3, to enable a direct comparison.
