Ross, community development staff, told the board the item was an expansion of similar updates adopted at an earlier meeting and apologized for the delay in bringing the final sections forward.
The board approved the text amendments by voice vote. The action will be reflected in the township’s zoning ordinance and applied to future development reviews requiring public infrastructure improvements.
