Planning commission backs Attain on Fifth Phase 2 rezonings; affordable-housing commitment contingent on ARHIP award
The Albemarle County Planning Commission recommended approval of two rezonings for Attain on Fifth Phase 2 on Oct. 28: a rezoning of 14.5 acres from R-10 to Planned Residential Development to allow up to 309 units, and a separate map amendment to change a 0.55-acre area of steep slopes from preserved to managed to enable new buildings.
