Walnut Springs Ranch residents press county to fix County Road 408 after July flooding

Scott Wollston, speaking for Walnut Springs Ranch property owners, told the Uvalde County Commissioners Court on Oct. 27 that County Road 408 has suffered progressive deterioration since July flooding and that inadequate brush clearing has left some stretches dangerous for drivers.
