Staff asked commissioners to approve a letter of support for the Composite Recycling Technology Center (CRTC), which is applying to the state Clean Energy Fund (round 6) to construct two demonstration structures: a net-zero demonstration home for residential application and a repurposed-structure emergency shelter using CRTCmilitary-box barracks technology.
