The City of Forest Park on Nov. 3 approved Conditional Use Permit 2025‑05 to allow Mid South Roofing Systems (referred to in materials as MSRS) to redevelop 564 Main Street into a multifunctional corporate campus that will include administrative offices, operational support and an internal workforce training center.
