Chester Council lists resolutions for final passage; votes not recorded in transcript

The City of Chester Council opened its Feb. 10, 2025 deliberative meeting by reading a slate of resolutions (Nos. 22–28) that the solicitor said were presented ‘‘for final passage.’’ The transcript records the text read into the record but does not record votes for any of the items.
