The Webster Groves Architectural Review Board approved a series of preapproval and final applications during its meeting. Items approved included 227 Gray Avenue, 2 Karen Court, 640 West Glendale Road, 721 Tuxedo Road, 317 West Old Watson Road, 667 Atlanta Avenue, 101 Mason Avenue (with suggested refinements), 28 Elm Place, 10 East Cedar Avenue, 29 South Maple Avenue, 626 Sherwood Drive (with an eave detail change), 685 Edgar Road, 537 Lyman Place, 1402 Grant Road (with clarifications), and 506 Hollywood Place. One item, 512 Webster Path Court, had no representative present and was tabled for follow-up.
