Commissioners said the matrix will help the public understand consequences for noncompliance and guide future bylaw updates.
Staff said the matrix already includes links to the text of relevant ordinances. Commissioners encouraged finalizing the matrix so it can be used as a reference for both enforcement and potential code updates.
No formal action was taken; commissioners thanked staff for compiling the document and suggested additional review before it is presented to council.
