Gage County will apply liquidated damages to Oakscapes project until final completion
After repeated schedule extensions and stalled progress, the Gage County Board voted to charge Oakscapes liquidated damages through final completion for striping, seeding and grading. Staff will notify the contractor and proceed with enforcement.
