County IT readies Tyler resident access, server replacements after storm damage; Vamonet replacement scheduled for Aug. 18
IT staff reported storm-related hardware damage, a forthcoming server and infrastructure replacement, a Tyler-based onboarding program for county staff, a public-facing resident payment portal completed on the back end and a planned go-live for a replacement to the Vamonet system on Aug. 18.

Brian, a county staff member working on revenue and tax systems, told the board the county is implementing new camera/software and that the replacement of Vamonet will go live on Aug. 18; he invited board members to preview the software used by neighboring Orange County.
