The Madison Plan Commission on July 7 unanimously recommended city council approval of zoning map amendments and the preliminary plat for Ryland Grove, a subdivision on the north side of Commercial Avenue between Felon Road and Reiner Road that would reconfigure about two‑thirds of a 149.7‑acre parcel for residential development.
