VDOT reports ditching, paving and SmartScale projects for York County this quarter
VDOT told the board it completed 274 out of 319 work orders in the Oct.-Dec. quarter, did 63,000 linear feet of ditching and tree trimming, and described several planned paving, ADA ramp and SmartScale projects, including Route 17 and Victory Boulevard improvements.
