Vice Chair Little read the committee recommendation: "The Committee of the Full Board recommends to the State Board of Education that they approve the quality rubrics for full subject tier 1 instructional materials for career and technology education, CTE for high school full subject tier 1 instructional materials for fine arts for grades K through 12 and supplemental K 5 language arts and reading for the instructional materials review and approval process." The board voted and the motion carried.
