At the second reading of the Mill Creek planned‑development ordinance (Ordinance 25‑021), the applicant requested two narrow edits to the development agreement: remove the word "immediately" from a clause describing the FDOT signalization submittal timing, and add four months to the Exhibit 2 timeline so initial construction benchmarks are achievable given the elapsed time since application.
