The Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 2 approved a site‑plan amendment to allow construction of a 7‑story multifamily building with 287 rental units at 115 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway. The project includes 10% affordable units (29 units by staff count) and 5% workforce housing (15 units by staff count), a 2,000‑square‑foot retail space on the ground floor and associated on‑site landscaping and amenities such as a pool, cafe and co‑working space.
