The Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 2 approved a site‑plan amendment for 4901 Plaza, a 2.89‑acre property at 4901 North Federal Highway, permitting the installation of a freestanding drive‑up ATM that will remove 10 parking spaces in the existing lot and make minor loading and driveway changes. The resolution also eliminates a prior condition that restricted 5,500 square feet to furniture display, allowing greater flexibility for future tenants.
