They said donations to a designated City of Keizer helmet account help keep supplies on hand and cover shipping. Councilors asked about potential matching funding from local nonprofits; Sangster said local groups such as Rotary or the fire department foundation might be willing to match donations but there were no formal commitments.
Staff explained residents can donate through the city website or bring checks to City Hall, and the program’s volunteers can be contacted directly for fitting events.
