Speakers included Servespot founding members, neighborhood leaders and students from Rose Stein International who described volunteer projects that improved school libraries and neighborhood cleanliness. Servespot asked council members to champion Love Lakewood Day in their wards, participate in project planning, and host brainstorming walks to identify potential projects for the September event. Servespot staff provided a survey link and offered to work with council offices to identify ward-specific projects.
Councilors thanked presenters and encouraged staff and council to coordinate with Servespot on outreach and logistics.
