Madison County commissioners approved a combined contract to install new water mains on Sanford Road and the Waterloo area and authorized procurement of materials on July 7. Staff said the developer (the Rose project) paid $888,242.99 and a $5,000 engineering invoice today, and staff recommended proceeding with contracting and material purchases.
