Facilities staff presented three proposals for a VRV/Daikin heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) project to replace aging window units and, optionally, to finish work on the opposite side of the courthouse. Bids presented ranged from roughly $208,500 to $274,515 depending on scope and vendor; staff noted the proposals excluded wiring and concrete pad costs that would add to the total price.
