During public comment on Sept. 22, Jerry Mullins, owner of Western Precision Products Inc., described a year‑long issue with people parking RVs and camping on the city street in front of his 48,000‑square‑foot tilt‑up building near 100th and 15th Avenue. Mullins said his company employs about 70 people, has owned the property for about 11 years and that street camping and instances of people setting up furniture on sidewalks create safety and comfort concerns for employees. He said the Tualatin Police Department community resource officer had been responsive but had limited enforcement options.
