Commissioners authorize eminent‑domain actions for four roadway projects to secure right‑of‑way
The court approved four resolutions authorizing the use of eminent domain to acquire parcels needed for roadway projects on Ronald Reagan Boulevard, County Road 110 North (Marvin Lewis Lane and Olivia Court) and Seward Junction NE Loop. Each motion passed on voice votes (recorded as motions carried 5–0).
