Consultants from North Florida Professional Services presented the county's Resilient Florida vulnerability assessment and adaptation planning project, funded at $450,000 by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Brandon Stubbs and Trevor Noyes summarized the statutory background (Senate Bill 1954) and explained why the local vulnerability assessment is a prerequisite to seeking state implementation funds for resilience projects.
