Regional habitat-conservation plan put on hold; vendor completed Phase 3 work
Commissioner reported that the Bellcore Regional Habitat Conservation Plan (a US Fish and Wildlife-funded project) is on indefinite hold. The vendor completed Phase 3 technical memos and has been paid through that phase; Clearwater Conservation District will retain the technical work so the county can resume later without losing prior work.
