The Tumwater Public Works Committee on Nov. 6 recommended the City Council place supplemental agreement No. 1 with SCJ Alliance on the Nov. 18 consent calendar and authorize the mayor to sign. The amendment was described by Jeff Cook, deputy director, as an administrative, no‑cost contract change to keep the same consultant team delivering the I‑5 and 93rd Avenue Southeast interchange improvement study after a key subject matter expert left the firm.
