Board staff presented the cases and recommended action. “Staff recommends that the board move to adopt the order of the board as attached in your materials and revoke Texas registered dental assistant number 135319 that was issued to Alyssa Gutierrez,” staff said during the SOAH docket presentation. The committee voted to adopt the order and revoke Gutierrez’s RDA registration. Two other summary‑disposition items and one default dismissal remand were adopted in the same manner: Raymond Rivera (RDA no. 9705), Erica Valenzuela (RDA no. 113784), and Charles Williams (Texas dental license no. 8495) had board orders adopted that direct revocation of those credentials.
