Perry’s Estate construction work underway; inspector coordination requested
Planning staff reported that the owner of Perry’s Estate is completing punch-list items including casting lifts, detention-pond work, and fence installation; staff asked the inspector to coordinate inspections while the owner completes work.

Planning staff gave an update on completion work at Perry’s Estate during the Oct. 2 meeting. The owner has begun lifting castings, cutting around the detention pond and still needs to install fencing. Staff recommended that the inspector be notified so the in-progress work can be inspected as it is completed.
